Service Description

Mum and Baby Vagoga is a 4 week post natal exercise course that focuses on your core and pelvic floor rehabilitation post birth. Whether you have had a vaginal or cesarean birth Mum and Baby Vagoga is a fun and relaxing way to learn how to strengthen your pelvic floor while bonding with your baby during this Pilates based class.
